Articulation Drills is built for carryover between sessions. It is the digital version of the articulation cards you already photocopy.
What it is, and is not
It is targeted, sound-specific repetition a family will actually do at home: a short listen-and-repeat deck per sound set, organised by sound and word position.
It is not an assessment, and it does not score or grade a child’s pronunciation. On-device speech recognition is unreliable for this age group, and pretending otherwise would put your judgement behind a number the app cannot stand behind.
Assigning practice
Tell the family the sound and the position, such as “beginning /r/” or “ending /l/”. That is exactly what they will find in the set list. No account, no code, no setup.
What families need to know
- The app works fully offline. No connection is needed to practise.
- Nothing is collected: no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, no microphone.
